Weight tracker with photos
A weight tracker that shows the picture, not just the number.
Your weight moves up and down every day. Your photos and waist tell the real story. ProgressLens keeps all three together, so one bad weigh-in never hides a good month.

In short
ProgressLens is a weight tracker with progress photos. Log your bodyweight (and optionally waist and other measurements) on the same days as your front, side and back photos, see a simple trend chart, and compare photos from any two dates. It’s private, has no account and works on iPhone and Android.
Weight + photos
The scale and the mirror both lie a little. Together, they don’t.
Water, salt and stress can move the scale by a few pounds overnight. Photos change slowly. Put them together and the pattern is clear: a lower weight, a smaller waist and a leaner photo means it’s working.

How it works
Thirty seconds a week.
No setup, no sign-up, no learning curve. Open the app, take your photo, done.

Snap your photo
Front, side and back. Your last photo shows faintly on the screen, so you stand in the same spot every time.

Add a number or two
Weight and waist take ten seconds. Skip them if you’d rather not. The photos do the talking.

See the difference
Pick any two days and flip between them. That’s the moment it clicks.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Is there an app that tracks weight and progress pictures together?
Yes. ProgressLens keeps your weight, waist and other measurements on the same timeline as your progress photos.
How often should I weigh myself?
Daily or weekly both work. Look at the trend, not one day. If daily numbers stress you out, weigh in once a week on photo day.
Are my photos private?
Yes. They stay inside the app on your phone: not in your photo gallery, not in the cloud, and there’s no account. Nobody sees them unless you share.
Is it free?
Free to download and try, with every feature. Your first 10 check-ins are free, then one payment unlocks unlimited check-ins forever. No subscription.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, on iPhone and iPad (iOS 17 or later) and Android (Android 7.0 or later).
